I have been fortunate to work with Dr. Erin Foley. She has taken the time to explain things and also put thing in writing and she makes it relatable. I have a busy work life and don’t have time to do the research and she has done all the research and put together a very detailed summary personalized to me. I don’t like to cook, so she has listed so many options I can chose from to eat and ideas how to mix this up, and I can still enjoy eating and still have great food options. This is not a diet, it is a new way to think about foods. Dr. Foley had full testing done, and not only did she explain what the results were, she put this in writing along with how I can get healthier without prescription drugs. After only 8 days or so on her supplements and a few weeks working on eating healthier I am in much less pain, more active, have lost weight, and am able to do more each day. I have not felt hungry and don’t feel like I am on a diet. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Erin Foley and work with her!
