Melissa Gaskin, NBC-HWC

Melissa Gaskin is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, NBC-HWC, supporting clients as they navigate a hidden illness or potential diagnosis. She does this through guiding nutritional shifts and by helping clients manage stress, find joy, foster fulfilling relationships, increase movement, and more.

In her customized approach, she works with clients one-on-one for six months at a time and in group coaching sessions twice a year with a 30 Day Sugar Detox group. In the Sugar Detox, she directly supports and educates on sustainable actions to balance blood sugars and create a healthy relationship with sweets long-term.

She has been a leader with doTERRA for ten years and works with clients to incorporates essential oils into daily routines for mindfulness, aromatherapy, and holistic support.

As a NBC-HWC, Melissa supports clients with whole food nutrition, breath work, grocery store tours and home edits into her practice of creating a sustainable whole-health approach to wellness that is bioindividual to each client.
